NMIMS Executive MBA (MBA-WX) FEES 2025: NMIMS Online offers a 2-year-long MBA-WX program for working professionals who want career advancement and business development. The program is divided into 8 terms comprising online sessions, a foundation module from HBPE, a capstone project and a campus immersion term. The admission to the NMIMS MBA WX program is going on with the last date on July 21, 2025. The Executive MBA (MBA-WX) program at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) is specifically intended for working people who want to advance into senior leadership and managerial positions without halting their careers. Total Program Fees for NMIMS Executive MBA 2025

Fee Break Up

1. Admission Processing Fee of ₹1,500/- applicable for all admissions.
2. An initial amount of ₹20,000/- from the program fee will be collected at the time of registration.
3. Re-Exam fee: ₹2,500/- per subject.
4. The above-mentioned fee structure is subject to change at the discretion of the University.
5. Any payment via Demand Draft should be made in favour of “SVKM’s NMIMS”, payable at Mumbai.

7. Convenient Fee Finance options are available to ease the financial burden. Candidates can pay the fee in 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.

NMIMS MBA WX Scholarship

A 20% scholarship is provided for the armed forces, Defence Personnel and their immediate family in the tuition fees to provide financial assistance.

Admission Cancellation Policy at NMIMS MBA WX

1. The application processing fee of ₹ 1500 is non-refundable.
2. Candidates who have paid the entire/part of the program fee at the time of application fee payment but are rejected due to their Academic, Work Experience, and Interview scores will receive a refund for the entire amount paid towards the program fee.
3. If the candidate applies for cancellation before confirmation/student number generation, or if the candidate is unable to make the full payment within the time frame specified in the Offer letter, the deductions from the initial amount paid, along with the Registration/Application fee, will be as follows:

a. A deduction of Rs. 1000/- shall apply if the Interview slot is not picked.  

b. A deduction of 5000/- will be applied if the Interview slot is chosen.

c. If rejected, no deductions will apply.

The percentage of the fee refunded to the candidate in case of cancellation is as follows:

1. 100%  Refund: 15 days or more before the formally notified last date of admission
2. 90% Refund: Less than 15 days before the formally notified last date of admission 
3. 80% Refund: 15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission.    
4. 50% Refund:  30 days or less, but more than 15 days, after being formally notified of admission   
5. 00% Refund: More than 30 days after formally notified last date of admission.
